8 Mayflower Court, Dartmouth is a light and airy two bedroom apartment which has been finished to an extremely high standard with stunning views of the River Dart, Kingswear and Mayors Avenue Gardens. 2011 was the first full year of letting after being totally refurbished early 2010.


This second floor apartment has private parking for one car and is located in the very heart of Dartmouth a few minutes level walk from the many shops, restaurants and quays.


Just around the corner is Marks & Spencer ‘Simply Food’ and on the outskirts of the town is a Sainsburys supermarket.

From the private parking area at the rear of the property there are 24 external stairs to the back door of the property.  It can also be entered from the street via the communal front door and up a well lit stairwell.

Kitchen - Fully fitted and well equipped with Bosch electric oven and induction hob, combination microwave, full sized dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer,radio/CD with ipod dock, iron and ironing board, underfloor heating.


Bedroom 1 - King size (5’) divan bed. Wonderful views. Electric radiator, clock radio, built in wardrobe, hair dryer.

Sitting/Dining Room -32” TV, PVR, Blu-ray/DVD, Internet Radio, sofa and two chairs. Wonderful panoramic views of the river and the embankment.  Electric radiator.

Frequently asked questions

 What does it mean by a private parking area?
There are marked parking spaces of varying sizes for the Mayflower Court apartments which are not allocated to specific flats. We also provide a season ticket for the town car park  during the busier times of the year (May - October 2012) in case you have a very large car. This season ticket can also be used in other car parks  throughout South Hams. In Dartmouth it enables you to park in the Mayors Avenue car park, which is just around the corner, and also in the Park & Ride. For your information there are currently no parking restrictions along the Embankment from October to end of  April.
Is there broadband available?
 A secure wireless Broadband Internet connection is now available. We have also installed an Internet radio because DAB radio reception is poor in Dartmouth.
Do you charge heating supplements?
 No - all heating charges are included in the price - the only additional charge is any booking fee which may be charged by Dartmouth Holiday Homes.
Duvets, pillows and all white bed linen provided  - guests to bring their own towels. (Towel hire can be arranged) Tea Towels provided.
Parking - for one medium car only in private courtyard at rear (parking disc provided) plus season ticket for town car park (May- October 2012).  See ‘Frequently asked questions‘ for further details.
